We are an SBA Intermediary Lender!

Through its Cottage Industry Microenterprise Program, CCDI helps individuals realize their dreams of becoming business owners. By providing entrepreneurial training through our MicroBusiness Development Workshop and loans for new and existing small businesses, CCDI empowers individuals to work for themselves and to increase commerce in our community. Qualified individuals must be able to provide the following:

• A well-researched, workable Business Plan for a particular type of business
• Personal credit history (current credit problems will be addressed)
• Ability to repay the loan

The Cottage Industry Advisory Board, comprised of community business leaders will review all loan requests. This is not a grant program. All funds distributed are loaned and must be paid back with interest.
